Our engineer will attend your property, complete a visual inspection of the structural elements and discuss their thoughts with you.
Inspection and report

Our engineer will visit the property, complete a structural consultation and follow up with a formal report within 10 working days.
Our reports typically include a description of the area/element in question including its present structural condition and predicted structural integrity. Followed by an assessment of the structural works required to either return it to a suitable condition or retain its structural integrity during & after alterations to the building are made around it (in the case of a refurbishment scheme).
